Hi, I’m Tom Justice. Welcome to Justice Bookkeeping.

I’ve spent almost twenty years working across a wide range of roles and industries, including managing complex, multi-site operations and holding senior leadership roles within a multi-million-pound organisation.

I’ve run a pub, worked in call centres, reported for local newspapers, and led the front-of-house team at a busy holiday park.

These roles have taught me how businesses really operate day-to-day. They also taught me how quickly things start to unravel when the numbers aren’t accurate, timely and clear.

That’s where I come in. Alongside my bookkeeping qualifications and practical accounts experience, I bring expertise in process management, continuous improvement and root cause analysis. I’ve worked with lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles - not as buzzwords, but as practical tools for making systems work properly.

I don’t just record transactions and send reports. I look at how things are done. I identify inefficiencies. I make sure your financial processes are streamlined, robust and embedded within the way your business already operates.

Bookkeeping shouldn’t compete with your operations. It should support them.

I’m licensed and regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), so my work and compliance are fully regulated. I’m also supervised for anti-money laundering, registered with the ICO and fully insured.

I’m based in a small village between Bristol and Newport. I work with clients across the UK, and although most of my work is carried out remotely, I’m always happy to work on-site where appropriate.
